Gary Herbold

Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Herbold has more than 25 years of experience as a business owner and operator. In 2001, he founded his second entrepreneurial venture, Amerit Consulting, to provide diverse staffing services, business process outsourcing and consulting to Fortune 500 companies. As a Disabled Veteran, he is also actively involved in outreach to veteran entrepreneurs through the California Alliance of the DVBE, which encourages and supports veterans in their business ventures. With his expertise, business knowledge and visionary leadership, Mr. Herbold propels KAFS’ pursuit of the highest levels of customer service—setting the new standard in the fleet maintenance industry.

Don Kelley

Founder and Chairman

Mr. Kelley has more than 30 years of experience in managing business operations in the transportation industry. In 1999, he founded KFS to provide personalized and customized fleet maintenance services to large scale private and public sector fleets. KFS became one of the leading and fastest growing fleet maintenance companies in the U.S. Mr. Kelley has earned a national reputation for his bold and visionary leadership. Prior to KFS, he served 20 years on the executive team of Ryder Transportation Services where he oversaw business operations in the Western region. At KAFS, he focuses primarily on customer relationship management. Mr. Kelley has a B.B.S. in Marketing from the University of Memphis.

Bob Brauer

President

Mr. Brauer has more than 20 years of experience in fleet maintenance operations. As one of the original members of the KAFS and KFS executive teams, he has been vital in the formulation of the company's vision. His daily focus is on continued development of mutually beneficial client partnerships in all contract commitments and his years of transportation service expertise fuels his ability to win and maintain accounts for world- class customers. He enriches the executive team with his unwavering dedication to the pursuit of more efficient and beneficial solutions. Mr. Brauer earned a B.A. in Business Administration from Washington State University.

Dan Williams

Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Williams has more than 15 years of experience in the areas of business strategy, strategic sourcing and process optimization. He began his career as a business consultant with Bain & Company—an international business/consulting firm. Over the years, he has consulted for many Fortune 100 clients in a variety of industries. At KAFS, Mr. Williams enriches the executive team with his diverse consulting background to ensure the highest levels of customer service and exemplary financial performance. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree (with Honors) from Queen’s University in Kingston, Ontario, Canada.

Amein Punjani

Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Punjani has more than 15 years of experience in strategic planning, business process op timization, strategic sourcing and supply chain strategy development. He has worked with a variety of businesses across many industries to develop and implement their strategies for business process outsourcing. At KAFS, Mr. Punjani brings 10 years of experience in fleet maintenance strategy in the utility and telecommunications sector. He manages high-level customer relations with a commitment to bringing value, ease and innovation to the fleet maintenance process. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree (with Honors) from Queen’s University in Kingston, Ontario, Canada.

Heather Sager

Sr. VP Human Resources and General Counsel

Ms. Sager, as an industry expert in labor and employment law, plays a critical role in the staffing- centric business of KAFS. A partner at the law firm of DrinkerBiddle, she focuses on management-side representation and has a particular expertise in wage and hour litigation under state and federal law. She is a regular speaker and has authored a number of papers on labor and employment law. She holds a B.A. cum laude from Wake Forest University and a J.D. from Fordham University School of Law.
